I have structured this Appraisal with 3 levels to make it as economical as possible. Each lower level price is deductible from the higher level price. The more valuable your piano is, the more details and information we need to gather, and the more likely an on site inspection will be worth it.

Based on the following descriptions, choose the Level you wish to proceed with.

Level 1: Online Correspondence $19.99
Answer as many of the appraisal questions you can about the piano, and e mail them to me. I will personally review them, and give you my first impressions. The more information you can give me, the more accurate I can be. If you have enough information for me, I should be able to determine the approximate wholesale and retail value of the piano in question and discover whether or not it is worth going to level 2 or 3.

Level 2: Online/Telephone Correspondence $29.99
Answer as many of the appraisal questions you can about the piano, and e mail the answers to me. I will personally review the answers with you by phone or email. I will then ask you to take photos of specific sections of the piano (tuning pins, strings, soundboard, bridges, action, etc), giving me more detail as to its condition. We will set up a phone appointment, and I will ask you to play each note, so I can listen for clues, and instruct you as to what you need to listen and look for to determine what the piano may or may not need. If there are any notes that are sticking, or not working properly, we should be able to determine whether it needs minor or a major work to fix it.

Level 3: On-Site Examination and Consultation $149.99

This is an onsite examination of your piano. A trained, professional piano Technician/Tuner will come to your home and personally inspect the entire piano. You will be given a written accurate appraisal of the piano’s condition, an estimate on what the piano may or may not need, and its estimated value on a Wholesale and Retail level. If you have an interested party, we can verify the condition of the piano to them.
